Product Introduction
1.This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
2.There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3.Column curing press is generally a conventional product, the model is 25 tons to 160 tons, frame curing press is more than 160 tons.
4.Plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel . Surface of it owns high hardness and wear resistant.Depth of chilled layer is 8-15mm ,hardness is HRC 60-70 , making the plunger own long life time.
5.We will install the IR sensor in both side of press to protect safety of any opeators.
6.The hydrualic pupm and valve will be use Yuken Hydraulic pump & valve.
7.The machine can be customized according to the needs of customers.
