Product Description

Scalability Tire Wire Drawing Machines Tire Recycling Machine Scheme Customization equipped

Product Overview

The tire wire drawing machine uses rotating drums or rollers to grip and pull the steel wires from the tire tread and sidewalls. The cutting blades or hooks mounted on the drums help to separate the wires from the rubber. The wires are then collected and discharged separately, while the rubber portion of the tire continues for further processing.

Material Separation & Collection

Once the steel wires are pulled out from the tire, they are separated from the rubber material. Some tire wire drawing machines have mechanisms to collect and store the extracted wires, making them easier to handle and transport for subsequent recycling or repurposing.

Capacity & Specifications

Tire wire drawing machines come in different sizes and capacities to accommodate varying volumes of scrap tires. The output capacity of the machine can range from a few tires per hour to several tons, depending on the specific model and design.

Model	1200
Capacity (bar/h)	20~30
Max tire size (mm)	≤Ф1200
Motor power (kw)	7.5
Working pressure (ton)	15
Oil cylinder stroke (mm)	1300
Dimension (mm)	3150×750×1400
Weight (ton)	1.6

Recycling Applications

The steel wires extracted from tires using a wire drawing machine can be recycled and used in various industries. Common recycling applications include:

Production of new steel products such as reinforcing bars, wire mesh, and steel cables
Construction industry applications
Automotive manufacturing
Other sectors requiring steel reinforcement

System Integration

Tire wire drawing machines are often integrated into larger tire recycling systems or production lines. They can be combined with other equipment, such as tire shredders, granulators, and magnetic separators, to create a comprehensive tire recycling process. This integration allows for efficient and automated processing of scrap tires, maximizing the recovery of valuable materials.

Consultation & Support

When considering the purchase or operation of a tire wire drawing machine, it is recommended to consult with experienced manufacturers or suppliers who specialize in tire recycling equipment. They can provide detailed information about the machine's specifications, customization options, operational considerations, and potential integration with other recycling processes. Additionally, we can offer guidance on the overall tire recycling system design and assist in selecting the most suitable equipment for specific recycling needs.
