Semi-auto Waste type Tire Recycling Production Machine Line

A robber powder production line typically refers to a manufacturing facility or system designed for the production of rubber powder. Rubber powder is a fine particle material obtained from the processing of waste rubber, such as discarded tires or rubber products. It has various applications, including the production of rubberized asphalt, rubber mats, playground surfaces, and more.

1. Tire/Rubber Shredding: The waste rubber, such as tires, is first shredded into smaller pieces using a tire shredder or a similar machine. This process helps in reducing the rubber material into manageable sizes for further processing.            

2. Granulation: The shredded rubber pieces are then fed into a granulator or grinding mill. The granulator further reduces the size of the rubber particles into a desired fine consistency. This step helps in achieving the desired particle size distribution of the rubber powder.  

3. Magnetic Separation: In some cases, a magnetic separator is used to remove any metal wires or fragments that may be present in the rubber material. This step ensures the purity and quality of the final rubber powder.                                                                        

4. Screening: The granulated rubber material is passed through a series of vibrating screens or sieves. This process helps in separating the rubber particles into different size fractions or grades, depending on the specific requirements of the end product.            

5. Fiber Removal: If necessary, an additional fiber removal process may be employed to separate any remaining textile fibers or other contaminants from the rubber powder. This step improves the purity and quality of the final product.

6. Packaging and Storage: The final rubber powder is packaged in appropriate containers or bags for storage or transportation. It may be stored for further use or sold to customers.
