Hydraulic Tire Debeader / Full Automatic Tyre Recycling Plant
USE: Pull out the bead wires inside tires’ sidewalls completely before cutting and shredding processed.
This machine consist of motor ,hydraulic system, drawing hook, drawing mouth, and main part, etc. its basic principle is Drien hydraulic system and made the cylinder work by the motor to make the drawing hook liked the cylinder spull pople reciprocate motion. put the tire on the drawing month and jut the drawing mouth to hook steel wire. Meanwhile the rubber part of tire is teared because of the drawing mouth blick it. thus get the effect of separating smoothly.

The high-capacity shredder was specially developed for direct size reduction of tires into cleanly cut tire chips, size 50x50 mm. cutting shafts for the production of larger tire chips are available high torque at low speed cut even the strongest tires into pieces. Extremely precise tolerances between the cutting knives produce cleanly cut tire chips at low energy consumption. Pulverizing unit

The pulverizing unit is made of 3 sets pulverizers with a cyclone silo. The pulverizer consists of frame, main motor, non-pole reducer, feeding device, adjusting device and a pair of rotating disc and fixed disc. The fine powders will be achieved by the grinding and shearing of the two pin discs. The machine is cooled by water and air to ensure the quality of the powders.
