Product instruction

The batch off cooler (also known as rubber sheet cooling machine) is matched with internal mixer and open mixing mill. It undertakes cooling, airing, coating anti-tack agent and stacking procedures for hot compound rubber sheets.

After mixing, high-temperature rubber sheet is conveyed into the cooler, suspended on the endless chain hangers. Strong circulating cold air cools the rubber material continuously. Meanwhile, anti-sticking liquid is sprayed uniformly on both sides of the sheet to avoid adhesion during stacking and storage.

This equipment solves the problem of overheating and scorching of hot rubber compound. It stabilizes rubber physical properties and greatly improves the consistency of semi-finished rubber materials.
