 This hydraulic vulcanizing press is specially designed for producing rubber floor tiles from rubber granules (waste tire crumb). Under high temperature and high pressure, rubber material inside molds completes vulcanization and molding. It is widely used to manufacture anti-slip rubber tiles for playgrounds, gyms, parks and walkways. Multi-layer platens are optional to improve production capacity. Stable pressure & precise temperature control guarantee uniform tile density and surface quality.

      The machine is equipped with functions including quick closing via automatic button (quick closing speed: 25 mm/s), slow closing, automatic air venting, automatic pressure compensation, automatic constant temperature with adjustable temperature, vulcanization timing, alarm upon completion, automatic mold opening, as well as automatic forward and backward push-pull turnover plate (fast-slow-stop).
