The three-roll calender is a core precision forming equipment in the rubber and plastic industry. Adopting a precisely arranged three-roller structure, independent servo drive and intelligent temperature control system, it is mainly used for continuous calendering, sheet forming, rubber coating and flattening processing of polymer materials such as rubber, plastic and silica gel. The rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron with mirror hard chrome plating technology, featuring wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with high-precision bearings and labyrinth seal structure, the machine operates stably with low noise and energy consumption, and avoids oil leakage risks.

• The XY-3-1730 model can reach a minimum thickness of 0.15mm, with an adjustable roller gap of 0-20mm and digital feedback to guarantee uniform thickness of the whole sheet.
• It fits rubber compounds, PVC film, artificial leather, fiber & steel cord coating, soft EVA and rigid PVC hard boards, covering rubber, plastic and textile lamination industries.
• Max roller speed hits 54r/min with adjustable speed ratio 1:1.4:1, greatly improving calendering and sheet extrusion speed.
• Adopts energy-saving structure design, power consumption is 25% less than conventional four-roll calenders to cut production cost.
