EPDM Rubber Extrusion Vulcanizing Line Cold Feed Rubber Extruder

Rubber extruder equipment is one of our company's main products. This equipment is widely used in rubber machinery for extruding tread, inner tube, rubber tube, and various rubber strips. The equipment operates efficiently, with rubber being stirred, mixed, and plasticized using the screw extruder mechanism before moving toward the machine head, where the final product is extruded from the die head.

Our rubber extruders are also suitable for producing rubber seals. The exhaust rubber extruder can be equipped with a vacuum pump to eliminate bubbles during the production process, making it ideal for manufacturing styrofoam strips. The pin rubber extruder is designed for extrusion hoses, featuring multiple rows of pin barrel screws that provide sufficient pressure ratio, resulting in superior product quality and appearance.
