This open mixing mill features ZSY series of square boxes hard-tooth reducer for low noise, higher safety factor, and long service life. Includes foot and hands emergency brakes for increased safety.

The rack on top of the gland is welded steel plate, processed after annealing treatment. The roller cooling system is fully enclosed copper rotary joint.

Foundation bolts secure the machine to the ground. The rollers are made of chilled alloy cast iron with specialized craftsmanship, featuring a chilled layer hardness up to 68-72HS and depth of 5-20mm for exceptional hardness and wear resistance.

Simple wire connection - just connect the power supply and the machine is ready to work.

Equipment is painted before delivery and wrapped with stretch film to protect the surface. Wooden packaging can be customized. Key parts such as electronic control boxes are wrapped with shockproof materials and packed in wooden cases or containers.
