Applications

This plate vulcanizing press is designed for various vulcanizing molds, rubber, and plastic applications. Particularly suitable for the petroleum industry to produce sealing components and other industrial rubber parts.

Structural Features

Composed of hot plates, plates, platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system
Optional push-pull mold device for easy mold movement
Plates constructed from welded Q235 steel with mechanical ball blast rust removal and zinc-rich coating
Hot plates made from 35# steel with double scale rolling and automatic steam temperature control
