Roller & Bearing: Hollow light rollers made of chilled alloy cast iron (68-72HSD hardness) with 10-25mm chilling layer
Bearing System: Four radial cylindrical roller bearings from Wafangdian with casting bedplate
Nip Adjustment: 3.6mm/min adjustment speed with 1.1 KW drive motor, adjustable at both ends simultaneously or separately
Transmission: Motor-driven speed reducer with stick pin couplings and friction ratio drive
Speed Reducer: Hard-tooth type gear system with one motor input and one shaft output
Main Motor: Frequency motor with variable-frequency governor for precise speed control
Lubrication System: Complete oil tank system with flow adjustment, temperature gauge, condenser, and filtration
