Application & Process

The Rubber Grinding Machine processes 5-15 mesh rubber granules into 30-100 mesh rubber powder. Equipped with temperature control and alarm system for optimal operation.

Production Process Flow

Waste Tires → Ring Cutter → Press Loop Machine → Strip Cutter → Block Cutter → Rubber Cracker Mill → Auxiliary Machines (Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor, Magnetic Separator) → Fiber Rubber Powder Pulverizer → Rubber Powder

Rubber Powder Applications

5-10 mesh: Runways, school playgrounds, garden paths, bowling alleys, sidewalks, composite rubber floor tiles, anti-static floor tiles, artificial turf, playground surfaces, artificial turf soccer fields, kindergarten sports venues, and casino tennis and basketball courts.
10-20 mesh: Rubber floor tiles, plastic runways, lawn quartz sand, cottonseed husk pellets, tennis courts, volleyball courts, golf courses, aircraft pitches, basketball courts, recreational fields, EPDM safety mats, gym mats, and various stadium floor mats.
30 mesh: Plastic insulation materials, waterproof materials, shockproof components, washers, roof and wall waterproofing membranes, modified bitumen additives, reclaimed rubber, livestock mats, straw mats, fenders, multifunctional mats, and stable mats.
40 mesh: Reclaimed rubber waterproofing membranes, modified bitumen additives, carpet padding, sleepers, rubber sheets, livestock grass mats, rubber water-stop gates, bearings, seals, buffers, brake linings, drainage pipes, gloves, rubber bands, elastic bands, roof signs, brick material top liners, sanitary pumps, corner glue, wheel alignment components, pump sand pads, fenders, multi-function pads, stable pads, fire-resistant materials, and sound insulation materials.
60 mesh: Sleepers, rubber sheets, waterproofing membranes, reclaimed rubber, tire inner cushions, car underbody seals, waterproof rings, rubber miscellaneous pieces, and as alternative to native gum for rubber product production.
