Product Description

This rubber vulcanizing press is primarily used for vulcanizing various rubber products. The plunger rises under working fluid pressure and descends (opening the hot plate) through the combined weight of the hot plate, platform, and plunger itself, allowing working fluid to return to the oil storage tank. The integrated oil pump serves as the machine's power source, supplying pressurized working fluid. Through control valve operation into the cylinder, the control handle positions determine whether the plate vulcanizing press plunger rises or falls.
