Construction Quality

Steel Plate Material: High-quality carbon steel Q-235 from Jigang Group Co., Ltd., thicker than standard specifications, shot-blasted for smooth finish and superior strength.

Frame Weldment: World-class welding techniques including carbon dioxide gas shielded welding with alloyed welding wire and submerged arc welding with VSR treatment after weldment.

Piston: Chilled cast iron plunger with polishing, grinding treatment, and compression testing for smooth surface and anti-abrasion properties.

Heating System & Temperature Control

Heating options: Steam, oil, or electric (using high-quality heating pipes for stability)

Temperature range: 0-300°C (adjustable to 400°C upon request)

Plate temperature tolerance: ±0.1°C (significantly more precise than standard ±3°C)
