  • Composed of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and electrical control system
  • Plates made from welded Q235 steel plates with mechanical ball blast rust removal and zinc-rich paint coating
  • Hot plates constructed from 35# steel plates with double scale rolling and automatic steam temperature control
  • Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with CO2 gas shielded welding and stress relief heat treatment
  • Hydro-cylinder made from ZG270-500 with double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
  • PLC automatic control system for automatic closing, opening mold and gas exhaust with manual control option
