Professional rubber floor making machine designed for curing rubber tiles and mats using recycled rubber granules. This semi-automatic hydraulic press offers high efficiency and precision temperature control.

Specifically designed for curing rubber tiles and rubber mats, ideal for processing recycled rubber materials with high precision and efficiency.

Main Features

Column type construction with hydraulic cylinder, piston, column, hot plate, track, and mould
Equipped with manual push-out device and two sets of moulds for high production efficiency
Adjustable mould thickness from 20mm to 75mm
Optional mixer equipment available upon request

High-quality carbon steel Q-235 from Jigang Group Co., Ltd., featuring thicker plates than standard suppliers. Advanced welding techniques including carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding with VSR treatment after weldment.
