Used for curing rubber tiles and rubber mats, ideal for processing recycled rubber materials.

  • Column type structure with hydraulic cylinder, piston, column, hot plate, track, mould, top link, hydraulic station, and electric cabinet
  • Equipped with manual push-out device and two sets of moulds for high production efficiency
  • Optional mould thickness from 20mm to 75mm

Steel Plate Material: High-quality carbon steel Q-235 from Jigang Group Co., Ltd., thicker than standard specifications for enhanced strength and durability.
Frame Weldment: Advanced welding techniques including carbon dioxide gas shielded welding with alloyed welding wire and submerged arc welding, followed by stress relief treatment.
Piston Construction: Chilled cast iron material with polishing, grinding treatment, and compression testing for smooth, anti-abrasion surface.
Heating System & Temperature Control
Heating Methods: Steam, oil, or electric (using high-quality heating pipes for stability)
Temperature Range: 0-300°C (customizable to 400°C upon request)
Temperature Precision: ±0.1°C plate temperature tolerance
