Plate Vulcanizing Machine Details
  • Composed of press plate, upper and lower platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and pillar column
  • Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
  • Upper and lower platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and CO₂ gas shielded welding
  • Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative: ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston)
  • Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring and dustproof ring for extended service life
  • Assembled oil pump provides power source, controlling piston movement through valve operation
  • Electrical control system offers automatic and semi-automatic operation with manual override capability
