1. Mixing Chamber

W-shape body with side boards made of high-quality steel plates, jacketed for cooling water or steam flow, internal walls chrome-plated for durability.

2. Regular Note Pump

Timing injection pump for regular hydraulic oil injection to lubrication sealing system.

3. Thermal Resistance

Plug-in thermal resistance/couple at chamber bottom for temperature inspection and control.

4. Rotor

Hollow banbury-type blades with cooling/heating passages, hard alloy welded edges, chrome-plated and polished surfaces.

5. Cooling/Heating System

Common piping system for cooling water or steam feeding to rotors, mixing chamber jackets, and top ram.

6. Tilting Mechanism

140° tilting capability around front rotors with rotor brake, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm gear.

7. Dust Stop Device

Excellent sealing with curved slotted partings and end contact sealing for wear-resistant, durable performance.

8. Main Driving System

Main motor, reducer, and connecting gears for odd-speed rotor rotation.
