Product Overview

A simple pressure washer that provides a leak-proof seal for water, gas, oil and other fluids. EPDM rubber has vulcanized metals in galvanized mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Adhesive washers are a cost-effective solution for roof screw connection.

Plate Vulcanizing Machine Details

The machine is composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column.
The hot plates are obtained by 35# steel plates after normalizing handling and then adopting double scale rolling.
Up and down platforms adopts Q235 steel plates with automatic cutting baiting, mechanical slicer producing welded groove, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding.
The cylinder's material is QT500-7 and HT200 for piston. Alternative materials include ZG270-500 for cylinder and cold hard chilled alloy cast iron for piston.
Sealing structure applies the combined structure with double sealing ring and one dustproof ring to guarantee longer service life.
The assembled oil pump is the source of power of press which supplies working oil with certain pressure.
The electrical controlling system adopts automatic and semi-automatic controlling methods with manual control capability.

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film to avoid rubbing the paint off the surface. Wooden packaging can be customized.
