Product Overview

Prior to 2014, many runways and stadiums utilized rubber particles derived from recycled materials such as waste tires, cable skins, and soles. These waste rubber materials constitute industrial hazardous solid waste and can lead to excessive PAH levels. Numerous schools experienced issues with "odorous runways and playgrounds," resulting in student health concerns including runny noses, allergies, skin irritation, dizziness, and nausea - incidents commonly referred to as "toxic runway" cases.

The new EPDM colored rubber particles offer significant advantages including health safety, non-toxicity, environmental friendliness, and durability. These materials are widely implemented in various sports facilities such as plastic tracks, basketball courts, tennis courts, gymnasiums, community leisure squares, and kindergarten non-slip areas.

Our company has been actively engaged in the EPDM granules industry since 2015, maintaining project collaboration with Qingdao University of Science and Technology. We have supplied EPDM granules production lines to numerous domestic companies and contributed to process improvements including sulfur addition techniques and extruder head temperature control.
