Application & Purpose

This pressure washer provides leak-proof seals for water, gas, oil and other fluids. EPDM rubber is vulcanized to metal substrates including galvanized mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Adhesive washers serve as cost-effective solutions for roof screw connections.

Machine Construction Details

Composed of press plate, up and down platform, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station and pillar column
Hot plates made from 35# steel plates after normalizing treatment with double scale rolling
Up and down platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision manufacturing including automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and CO₂ gas shielded welding
Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston (alternative: ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston)
Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
Assembled oil pump provides power source with manual control for piston movement
Electrical control system offers automatic and semi-automatic operation modes
