Technical Details

The machine features a frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under working hydraulic pressure, the embolism ascends to close the hot plate for pressure application. The embolism descends (hot plate opening) via the deadweight of the hot plate, platform, and embolism, driving working fluid to the fuel reserve tank.

Constructed from nodular cast iron, the oil cylinder offers enhanced compressive strength and wear resistance. Oil-proof rubber seal rings ensure effective sealing during operation.

A combined oil pump serves as the power source, delivering working fluid at specified pressure. Controlled via valve positions, the system enables precise embolism ascent and descent.

Tubular electric-heating components provide clean, boiler-free heating, reducing air pollution and maintaining workshop cleanliness.
