Single Knife Hydraulic Rubber Bale Cutter

This hydraulic rubber cutting machine is designed for cutting natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other plastic materials. It is particularly suitable for installation beside rubber internal mixing mills to cut small rubber blocks efficiently.

• Consists of single knife, body stand, working cylinder, base, auxiliary working platform, and hydraulic & electric systems
• Configured with nylon bed (or casting lead pad) to protect the edge of the knife
• Equipped with 2 limit switches to control selector valve and change working direction of cutting knife
• Protects cylinder head during operation
• Simple operation - place rubber under cutting knife and press button to activate

Equipment is painted before delivery and wrapped with stretch film to prevent surface damage. Wooden packaging can be customized. Key components, including electronic control boxes, are protected with shockproof materials and packed in wooden cases.
