Technical Details

The machine features a frame structure with upward pressing form. Under hydraulic pressure, the embolism ascends to close the hot plate for pressure application, while descending occurs through the deadweight of hot plate, platform, and embolism, returning working fluid to the fuel reserve tank.

Constructed with nodular cast iron oil cylinders for enhanced compressive strength and wear resistance. Oil-proof rubber seal rings ensure effective sealing during operation.

Powered by a combined oil pump that delivers pressurized working fluid to the oil cylinder via control valve. Tubular electric-heating components provide clean, boiler-free heating to maintain workshop cleanliness.

The machine offers attractive design, rational structure, convenient control, and reliable safety performance.
