The rolls feature a chilled cast iron surface with hardness of 68-72HSD, ensuring exceptional durability and wear resistance. Constructed with hollow design and plated with nickel-phosphorus alloy for superior performance.

Machine Frame & Base

Machine frame and gland utilize casted structure with annealing and precision processing. The base employs welded construction with annealing treatment, providing strong rigidity, deformation resistance, and smooth, wear-resistant surfaces.

Roll Bearings

Both ends of rolls incorporate antifriction bearings housed in cast iron bearing bodies, featuring automatic thin oil lubrication system for optimal performance.

Reducer System

Hard gear reducer specifically matched for XK-560 model, equipped with thin oil pump lubrication (forced recycled spray type), external cooler, and oil filtration system.

Nip Adjusting Equipment

Electric adjustment system with nip range of 0.8-15mm for precise control over material processing.
