Machine Construction Details

Composed of press plate, upper and lower platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and pillar column
Hot plates manufactured from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment and double scale rolling
Upper and lower platforms use Q235 steel plates with precision automatic cutting, mechanical slicing, and CO₂ gas shielded welding
All welding uses alloy welding wire with complete heat treatment to eliminate welding stress
Cylinder material: QT500-7 with HT200 piston, or ZG270-500 cylinder with cold hard chilled alloy cast iron piston
Sealing structure uses combined double sealing ring with dustproof ring for extended service life
Hydraulic oil pump provides power source with automatic and semi-automatic electrical control systems

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Equipment is painted before delivery and wrapped with stretch film to protect surface finish. Custom wooden packaging available. Key components including electronic control boxes are protected with shockproof materials and packed in wooden cases or containers.

Before factory departure, each plate vulcanizing press undergoes 24-hour pressure testing and pressure maintenance to verify hydro-cylinder bearing capacity and piston stroke, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage.
