Product Introduction
1. This vulcanizer is a new model product, which is suitable for vulcanization of various rubber products and has a wide range of applications.
2. There are three heating methods in the vulcanization process: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3. Fast-open mold features high production efficiency and slow locking to protect the mold.
4. Automatic move-in-and-out and ejecting units allows low labor intensity.
5. Conventional valve and proportional valve are optional; advanced and rational oil-way configuration is energy saving;
6. Electric system adopts PLC and touch screen man-machine interaction.
7. Single machine and double machine for option.
8. We can design various non-standard plate vulcanizers according to customer requirements.
