Tyre Shredder Machine in Waste Tire Recycling for Tire Cutting

Application

The ZPS-900 machine can directly crush tires smaller than 800mm. At normal temperatures, it processes tires directly into 50×50mm blocks, which can then be ground into 10-30 mesh particles or processed through wire and fiber separation equipment.

Operation & Maintenance Notes

a. Lubrication: Inject hypoid gear oil into gearbox. Main bearings use calcium-based grease lubrication. Replace oil and clean fuel tank after three months of operation, then annually thereafter.

b. Blade Maintenance: After processing approximately 3,000 tons of waste rubber (under normal conditions), grind the blade cutting edge once. Blades are wear parts with general service life of 5-6 years. Machine delivery includes edge hardness layer patching material (electrodes).
