Product Introduction
1. This machine can be used for the vulcanization of various silicone products. Such as silicone bracelets, silicone mobile phone cases, watch straps, etc.
2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3. Column curing press is generally a conventional product, the model is 25 tons to 160 tons, frame curing press is more than 160 tons.
4. This machine is column structure, including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.
5. Under the control of PLC, this machine achieves automatic mould closing, vulcanization timing, exhausting time and frequency setting, mould opening, mould pushing, and so on.
6. The machine can be customized according to the needs of customers.
