Products Description:
1 Mixing chamber
It is high-quality steel plate welded. It composed of the body and two side panels. Using of jacket structure for cooling or heating used. Inner face Chrome-plated
2 Thermal Resistance
Mixing chamber underside central with a plug-in thermal resistance, with PLC, Detection, control, is mixing temperature.
3 Rotor
It is similar with banbury rotor. Rotor axis central have hole communicate with the wing, forming of cooling and heating channels. Arises peak and the end surface welded wear-resistant carbide, through hard chrome plating after polishing.
4 Heating and cooling systems
A common set of piping systems, cooling water or heating steam in three columns to pass into the rotor wing, mixing chamber and ram room, circulating cooling or heating for the Materials.
5 Dust stop
