Product Introduction
1. This machine is suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing all kinds of thermosetting rubber.
2. There are three heating methods: electric heating, steam heating and heat transfer oil heating.
3. Column curing press is generally a conventional product, the model is 25 tons to 160 tons, frame curing press is more than 160 tons.
4. The body casting adopts FCD 50 nodular cast iron, which has high tensile strength after aging passivation treatment.
5. The machine column / column adopts medium carbon steel, and the hardness can reach hrc55-58.
6. Under the control of PLC, this machine achieves automatic mould closing, vulcanization timing, exhausting time and frequency setting, mould opening, mould pushing, and so on.
7. The machine can be customized according to the specific parameters of customers.
