This double roller opening machine is designed for rubber mixing applications. It features a comprehensive construction including seat, frame, rubber components, driving device, lubricator and cooler system, range adjusting device for rollers, safety brake, motor and reducer.

The rollers are manufactured from safety cooled and hard cast steel with polished smooth surfaces. Depending on application requirements, saturated steam and cooling water can be circulated through the hollow rollers to precisely adjust roller speed and temperature.

Colloidal particles are efficiently drawn into the gap between the two rollers, which rotate at different velocities to achieve optimal rubber mixing and homogenization.
