Product Introduction

The XK-250 is an open type two-roller mixing mill designed for efficient rubber processing. This robust machine features a comprehensive construction including seat, frame, rollers, driving gear, lubricating system, cooling and heating capabilities, roller nip adjustment mechanism, safety brake, motor, and reducer.

The rollers are manufactured from chilled cast iron with polished smooth surfaces. Temperature control is achieved through steam and cooling water circulation within the hollow rollers. The counter-rotating rollers operate at different speeds, effectively drawing rubber materials into the gap for thorough mixing and processing.
